Data Deletion Instructions

Instalow lets you delete the data associated with your Instagram/Meta account and your Instalow account at any time. There are three ways to do this.

Option 1, Disconnect an Instagram account

  1. Log in to the Instalow dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Connected Instagram Accounts.
  3. Click Disconnect next to the account.

The access token for that account is immediately revoked and deleted, and the related media, message, comment and analytics records are deleted or anonymized. Your content on Instagram itself is not affected, only Instalow's access and copies are removed.

Option 2, Delete your entire Instalow account

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  2. Verify your identity and confirm.

All connected tokens are revoked; your personal and content data are permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days (except records we must keep by law, such as billing records).

Option 3, Request by email

If you cannot access the dashboard, email team@instalow.com from your registered address with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We process requests within 30 days and send a confirmation when complete.

Removing Instalow's access on Instagram

You can also revoke Instalow's access directly on Instagram (Settings → Apps and Websites) or Facebook (Settings → Business Integrations). When you do, Instalow receives a deauthorization signal and automatically deletes the associated tokens.
