Terms of Service

Instalow is operated by {{LEGAL ENTITY NAME}}, registered at Fulya Mahallesi Yeşilçimen Sokak Polat Tower Bağımsız Bölüm No:12/430, 34394 Şişli/İstanbul (“Instalow”, “we”, “us”).

1. The service

Instalow is a multi-tenant platform that lets you manage Instagram Professional (Business/Creator) accounts, publishing and scheduling, a unified message inbox, comment moderation, analytics, automation and team workspaces, exclusively through Meta's official Instagram APIs. Instalow does not scrape, use unofficial endpoints, or generate artificial engagement.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Authorized use only

You may use Instalow only for Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for every account you connect and every action you take through the service on behalf of others.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of Instalow is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In particular, you must not use Instalow to buy, sell or exchange likes, followers, comments or other engagement; to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; to operate accounts you are not authorized to manage; or to generate unlawful, harmful or NSFW content, including via AI. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Instagram/Meta compliance

You agree to use Instalow in accordance with Instagram's Community Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. For messaging, you must obtain any legally required consent (opt-in) before contacting people and honor opt-out requests. Your access to certain features depends on Meta's approval and may change if Meta changes its platform.

6. AI features

AI-assisted replies are optional. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and for any messages sent from your accounts. If you enable AI automation, relevant message content is processed by our AI sub-processor (OpenAI) solely to generate a reply, as described in our Privacy Policy. Instalow is an independent product and is not affiliated with OpenAI.

7. Plans & billing

Instalow offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions priced by the number of connected Instagram accounts, plus optional add-ons (extra accounts, AI reply packs). Current pricing is shown on our Pricing section. Paid plans renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. Prices may change; we will give notice of changes affecting your subscription.

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable taxes/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms at checkout.

8. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing settings or the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact team@instalow.com within 14 days and we will review your request. We aim to respond to all support requests within 3 business days.

9. Third-party services

Instalow relies on third parties including Meta Platforms (Instagram APIs), OpenAI (optional AI), Creem (payments) and our hosting/email providers. Your use of the service is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes beyond our control.

10. Intellectual property

Instalow, its software, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your own content and account data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific results (such as reach or growth).

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instalow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Suspension & termination

You may stop using Instalow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or if Meta withdraws required access. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; for material changes we notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the Istanbul (European Side) Courts and Enforcement Offices, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
